LIVESTREAM

Wednesdays 8:00am - 9:00am (on zoom)

What to Know: Livestream Class

  • Please register for livestream classes at least 45 minutes before start of class.

  • $17 per class

  • First livestream class is $12. Use code FIRSTCLASS when you click the register button below.

  • You need: yoga mat, 1-2 yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, resistance band, yoga bolster (or firm couch cushion)

  • About this class and who should take this class

About This Class

Boost your energy, sleep better, and feel great! This class is a meditative, *slow flowing hatha and yin yoga combination for all ages and practice levels. You deserve some “me” time.

*The term “slow” in yoga means it is a deep tissue practice targeting fascia and other connective tissues.

We will work on:

  • Bone-density & joint hydration

  • Pelvic floor toning

  • Movements that support breast health

  • Muscular toning, core strength & range of motion

  • Stress reduction to support emotional well-being and better sleep

  • A deeper understanding of yogic concepts, techniques and lifestyle

Who Should Take This Class

  • Women of all ages seeking a practice geared toward women’s wellness throughout the lifespan. *NOTE: Students in this class need to be able to get onto and off of the floor with relative ease, and able to bear weight on hands and knees.

  • Women undergoing transformations of peri-menopause and menopause

  • New moms who are at least 4+ months postpartum

  • Those who are preparing for pregnancy
